Context and tobi used to carry them, although it looks like they don't anymore. Now it looks like it's just Detour and denimbar on the affiliates. It also seems they've raised their prices from $90 to $130, probably because they switched to selvage denim.

Actually it looks like dresscodes has some backstock of the older, non-selvage version at the original price. Limited sizes though.

They kind of faded away because so many people were having sizing issues (something like a 32 waist could measure 30" in some cases, and up around 34" in others). That, combined with so much excess indigo that they hardly faded at all before being washed 3-5 times pretty much put them out of a lot of denim-head's minds.
