WalkOver Shoes, Made in the USA

I recently bought a pair of WalkOver wingtips from a forum member. I don't really know anything about the brand at all, except that as far as I know they are now defunct and were made in the USA. Can anyone provide any insight? They have a brown rubber vibram sole.
