I'm gonna go with dehydration.

Either that or imminent death.

Start taking a Low dose aspirin everyday. Should help reduce the reason why you get headaches.

Of course consult your doctor first.

Morning headaches are a classic symptom of intracranial space occupying lesions.

It's almost certainly something simple as alluded to above, but if simple measures don't fix it, go see your doctor.

I get that when I sleep too long. For me, that's about 7 hours.

ask your dentist if you suffer from bruxisum (clenching teeth at night) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruxism nothing you can do aside from wearing a mouthguard at night (really not that bad at all) and possibly muscle relaxers.
