1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Has anyone been to a Waffle Steak? I've been to one in Indiana, everything is exactly the same as WH, menu, logo font, except the word "house" on the signs is "steak" instead. I always wondered why....

I think it's a trademark issue; maybe someone else owns that name in Indiana.

I ment to ask. Has anyone ever eaten at a WH in their suit and dress shoes? I do this a lot when I am traveling for work sometimes even late at night and often the waitress give me a hard time in a nice way.

Too bad the WH doesn't serve alcohol. A Rolling Rock and smothered hashbrowns sounds like the perfect combination to me.
