The nicest quality ones available in chestnut, which I believe are made by C&J to Handgrade standards.
Bought a pair but returned them as they were very low cut, at least 1cm lower than the typical Chelsea boot. This meant that although they fitted beautifully there was a noticeable 'smile' where the top part of the boot bent outwards. Looks likes a design flaw.
It's a pity because there's very little out there in chestnut at that quality level. The next best option is the C&J chelsea boot but that's made on a weird last that doesn't suit my foot at all. It's a mystery why they didn't make the boot on the 341 last, like the Cottesmore.
