1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Funny- I would have thought Turkish Alpaca to be dark brown...

Whilst I fully recognise the importance of discussing homosexuality in the animal world (not to mention clothing forums) and rating the comparative merits of sm massage techniques in different Turkish bath houses, I do feel these topics may be distracting you gentlemen from complimenting me on how great my digest was...

...but seriously: Many thanks for all the kind commentary. I was actually a bit worried that my picks might be a little too closely reflective of my own taste and style but it seems I managed to stay more or less on the right side of the fence. Since you're all being so nice (and it doubles the pay) I'll give it another go as requested.

So here we go with my second attempt at a digest. This week started quite slowly for me and was much more various than the last - but produced some excellent stuff.

We begin, of course, with the general category...

As passionately as I may hate the unbuttoned collar, this still looks great overall:

Love the tie and that's a very nicely fitting shirt:

    Like, wow:

    Another great combo:

Superb, excellent, stunning. Did I mention this is superb? My fit of the week by a country mile:

    Simple, 60s, slick:

Fantastic pattern combining. Like this alot:

Looks like I get to put that terrific 3-piece in a digest after all:

Great fit - and I like the new modern-art-style TARDIS:

Just excellent - perfect, subtle combining:

    This week's 'the business':

Just in case anyone had any doubts about the close link between simplicity and beauty:

Another good 'un. Classic and clean:

Great casual fit - love the jacket:

Almost shockingly sober for you - works great:

... and now for the special categories...

The prize for looking most like a character in a Bogart movie goes to:

The prize for attending parties obviously much cooler and more interesting than the rest of us goes to:

The 'I've actually no idea what that is, but it looks pretty cool' prize goes to:

The prize for most improved WAYWRN in the course of the week goes to:

... and finally, the 'shakin' that ass' prize goes to:

That's it gents! Hope you enjoyed it.

Thanks. I did my best to maintain the traditions of subjectivity and unfairness.

Wasn't thinking that a first shot at a turtleneck while dying from lack of sleep would be a best either, but I like surprises.

    Good picks, wonder who's next.

Nice work Obs - work has been keeping me away from the thread the last few days so it's great to see some of the highlights.

Good write-up. I can think of a couple I'd have liked to see included, but that's the nature of this digest
