On a more serious note, I had some Soju that had been infused with freshly sliced cucumber last week. Was actually very refreshing. Soju normally tastes horrendous.

In summer I occasionally like to throw a slice of cucumber or two in chilled vodka.

If I recall correctly, and again, this was in high school when we did this, the flavor didnt transfer well at all.

Then again, the pics above are using a **** load of skittles that have been sitting for a while... Might be time to experiment. Hello, McCormicks. Nice to see you Mr. Kamchatka.
