I posted a few days about getting that cableknit sweater; I went ahead and bought it. I'm loving it so far. Unfortunately, it's going to be too warm to wear it before much longer.

I want to pick up a vneck while they have such good deals on everything but I don't know which color I should get. I'll be wearing the sweater with jeans and an oxford 90% of the time. I wanted to get grey but the cableknit is grey so I want to get another color. Any suggestions? What is the most versatile? I was thinking that navy would be good but then I'm not so sure about how navy goes with blue jeans.

I just bought a light Pink cashmere Purple Label at the Polo Store. Pink V-Necks are for pros only.

Navy or dark red. The red will actually be better with jeans.

Actually, I'm currently going through a small 'phase' and have been buying sweater vests and V neck jumpers in a variety of colours. Mostly merino wool and no big labels, thus pretty cheap in the sales and are very versatile. Sorry, my point being that don't stop at just one more

I have to agree with navy or dark red but I also dabble in a bit of heather grey

I've bought several in the past few months. Grey, navy, and olive. I wear the navy most, but feel a tan/oatmeal would be a very wise buy.
