Damn really tempted to get some bespoke Maison Bonnet frames now haha. I love my JMMs but not many frames fit on my big ass head. Looks like you get next level material options aswell - wonder how much better craftsmanship you can expect though

Just picked up the pink veggie dye jumbo crew. I’m normally a 3 but I sized up since the 3 ran a size smaller than my other veggie dye jumbos from last few seasons.

I was thinking of picking up a hoodie, but color is a little brighter than I expected. Good pick up though~

Definitely a shade or two brighter than the lookbook / online store pics. I'd say the color is similar to a pink oxford shirt, but uniquely nuanced obviously given the dye.

That was why I was looking at the cottle hoodie. Looks to be a good alternative as the Vis ones sold out so quickly. Would love to have got the Filmelange release they did in pink last year.

If anyone has seen any other good quality pink hoodies, then let me know! ?

If you're looking for Japanese brands, Loopwheeler just announced a collab with Graphpaper this spring, and one of the pieces is a pink hoody. It's on page 4 of Loopwheeler's blog here (http://loopwheeler.net/).
I've seen Remi Relief do some nice pink hoodies as well.

The Cottle hoodies are killer. More old school fit and really thick and comfy. The persimmon dye doesn't f around, it's almost cakey at first. But the coffee and hinoki are easy to wear.

Never heard of Filmelange until you mentioned it, noticed I live two blocks away from the store in Roppongi.

I got to admit, if there was any brand to directly rival Visvim it's Cottle. and there are aspects of the brand that I really like, such as their kitsugi buttons, lack of "floor" model pieces (basically everything you're getting is ICT quality), easy made to order service, lifetime repair service and a price point that is expensive but not Vis US retail ridiculous.

I'd love to try their orchestra coat.

all of their pieces are beautiful. Admittedly a bit less "fashion" minded than Visvim, totally focused on fabric, dyes and finishes. Their denim is on another level. FYI: there is a Cottle forum.

Their stuff is amazing. Super soft and come in great colours and varieties. I got one of their dorozome hoodies last year and have about 5 other pieces. Very hard to find outside of JP nowadays.
