Thank you! I will steer well clear. Very much appreciated ...
Does it really matter that much? I mean were you planning to wear these into the ground or use them as a workbook or something? I'm sure they'll hold up better than 90% of what's out there.

If they're a decent price and you like the design, the durability of the construction shouldn't hold you back. It's a fashion boot at the end of the day.

Well, yes and no. It's the word "fake" that puts me off. If they are what they say they are, fair enough. But if not ...

One more question for the good folks on this site. I am looking for a (used) black denim jean in 04R cut. I have an indigo pair in 04R and love the fit. So, how do you tell what the cut is if it doesn't say on the inside waistband? I am looking at a pair now but am not clear on the cut. I attach a photo of the label in case someone can decipher this. Otherwise, how do you tell. This pair is from the AW15 collection as I understand the coding on the label.

As ever, thanks in advance.

Thanks again! Zip fly. Not sure on selvedge or stitching. Here's another couple of photos, in case they help visvimblkdenim2.jpg visvimblkdenim1.jpg .

Thanks, I have :))), so let's see what comes back. I will let you know, and thanks for all the input so far. Is there always a print on the waistband showing what the cut is? Even back in 2015? I wonder why sellers don't always display this if so, as it is pretty important information, but seems they don't for some reason!

It’s the 04 cut. If you google Visvim "0115205005040" multiple pairs will show up listed as the 04 cut. If you’re not sure about a product you can always search the serial number in quotation marks and it will usually show up.

Appreciate this, thanks. Wondering whether the sites showing this are trustworthy in terms of getting this type of thing right, and whether any show a photo of the waistband with the 04 showing? That'd provide some comfort. I couldn't immediately find such a shot using this method, but I will keep on trying. Thanks, again, for your input.
