They’ll stretch out and the squeaky sound goes away too. I wear mine with somewhat thick socks too and that helps with the break in period imo

For someone who wants to give Visvim black elk flannels a go and have never owned a Visvim piece, would paying $180 for a good condition one from early 2010s be a good get?

not a good deal, maybe for something in great condition from 2014 onwards, but only the skein/thread dyed models.

Has anyone tried ordering from Visvim's Japan webstore on their own? And use package forwarding service to send stuff back to the US. Stuff are way cheaper than the US web and have more stock.

You need a credit card with "3D Secure" which most US cards don't have.

Quick update that no one asked for: last week the proxy asked me to pay a fee to get my package sent back from Japan Post. Yesterday they canceled the fee because it turns out my package was already scheduled to ship out. Sure enough, precisely two months later, online tracking has been updated. Looks like I'm getting my order and I'm sorry I ever doubted you, Japan Post.

Does anyone here have experience with Mister Freedom tees? I was told they have a very similar cut/quality to Visvim tee's.

Planning to grab a pair of christo. I am US8.5, should I get small or medium? I hear different stories.

Having done a bit (not enough obviously) of research on Visvim sizing, I rolled the dice and bought an Adventura Down Jacket in size 'M'. It's too small for me and I'd like to determine whether I'd be better off with a size 'L' or a size 'XL'? Anyone happen to be familiar with Moncler sizing enough to compare with Visvim sizing/ this jacket in particular? In Moncler I'm a size 3. Any info on jump in dimensions between 'M' and 'L' helpful.

Sorry for another sizing question - Anybody snag the shaman folk christo's? I'm typically a US8 in leather shoes/boots (Virgil for example) and US8.5 in sneakers. Not sure if I should get a S or M?
