***Notes on condition: This jacket is still in excellent condition: no ripped seams, ribbing and trim materials in great shape, and the Gore-tex Paclite fabric is still extremely repellent and breathable. The only issue is the zipper is missing one tooth on the zipper pull side (this is detailed in one the pics), but this does not affect the action of the zipper at all and is completely repairable if desired.***
