If a vintage YSL suit's label says "Made in France," is it still possible that it's licensed YSL? I know it's not RG, but it's also not that Pour Homme junk.

I would like to know this as well. I have a "Made in France" YSL suite (which I rather like) which I picked up rather cheap and always wondered if it was licensed stuff or not.

I've run across a few of these and they seem to be relatively nice in general. At least at thrift store prices, that is. I don't know when the licensing thing started or where the stuff was made, though.
