I have been dressing very casually of late, as the summer months come upon us. Nonetheless, I try to keep my vintage watches in the rotation. Citizen Bullhead today:

OMG, look how beat up that watch looks! From what I understand, I'm better off taking the bezel off and spray-painting it, than I am getting a new, after-market, one. There's that. I don't necessarily mind how beat up it looks tho. Should I even try to rehabilitate it? It works great BTW.

Those gorgeous Gold Seikos are available from Yahoo japan , I saw 6 for sale all around 2K.
I would definitely grab another one if i could get it for 2k because if I’m not mistaken this particular gold model only comes in solid 18k gold case rather than gold capped :)

I have number of favorite vintage makers: Angelus, Universal Geneve, Frank Muller all come to mind. What are yours?

^Great watches, beautifully shot. I love the numerals on the Waltham.
@Belligero, would you happen to know the name of the font?

Vintage strap and watch, my Cyma WWW and a prototype NATO strap I made in a vintage French canvas cut from a vintage trench coat. I bought a bunch of the coats which are not very useful since they are made to go over your backpack and gun. The chest on them is 60" plus.
Watch with the new (vintage) strap:

X-post from the thrift thread. $10 estate sale pick up this morning. Luckily the owner had stored it in the box of some crappy watch that still had the $99 price tag on it. Company must not have bothered to check prices. Fired right up.

40's knockaround westfield. Keeps great time and looks good to boot!
