Taking a page from the Book of Label King, a few items from the Vintage Gent collection. These first photos show three dinner jackets: gold silk/rayon from the 40s; blue wool from the 20s and red corduroy from the 40s.

The next photo shows a few vintage cocktail pieces: a 30s chrome shaker with a celluloid handle, a Negbaur parrot bottle opener, a West Bend Hot and Cold Server and a vintage rooster theme cocktail napkin.

I am intrigued by vintage cocktail pieces. Any others? Did you stumble upon them while thrifting for clothes?

I've got a fair number of other vintage cocktail things--mostly shakers. I found the shaker, the West Bend server and the rooster cocktail napkins while thrifting. The bottle opener was a gift.

Between those and the smoking jackets, I bet you count the days 'till formal functions.

Those white dinner jackets are perfect for the idyllic sub-tropical paradise that is Galveston Island.
