My wife just purchased me a beautiful Rolex Datejust Gold and Steel Wristwatch with the jubilee bracelet. I haven't been much of a watch guy in the age of cell phones but this watch has my head going.
I was thinking about picking up an old school rolex a Manuel wind model with a leather band. I would like your thoughts. It would be more of a casual wear model for me so I am not looking to spend a fortune... I would say under $1500.
The Datejust will be my 5 days a week work watch with my suits and this next model will be for the weekend.
