    no problem. based on what i read and saw on the internet....so for what it is worth.

    no i dont think you can..theyre springs.. you counld partly cover it with a tight fitting metal tube or something to prevent from roling back. but im not sure that will add to the comfort.

    i just wear what i like btw. and i tend to like most my more special models. so yeah...they will slightly get used..but thats imho the life of subglasses. i prefer to enjoy mine like that instead have them stuffed away...next to the othe x number pairs LOL

    Hey everyone, i am wondering these uncut lenses are original or not? I bought them but i have concerns about them. Because the logo on the lenses is looking weird and it has anti-reflective. I don't know it is possible to find anti-reflective on bausch lomb lenses. Thank you for help.[IMG]

    I see. I think my best bet would be to find some cable temple covers to increase the comfort. Or maybe I can find some stiffer ones that would increase the curve's radius a bit. If anyone has specific suggestions, it would be appreciated.

    Wow that's a weird combination! I'm not sure what I think! I think I feel maybe the general lens should stay with the general frame?!

    Hi kcongu,

    to verify the originality of the uncut lenses. You may test the UV status at the optic shop.
    for my opinion, this is fake replacement lense.

    thanks

    yeah i know. still also the seller stated she was offered this piar long ago as is...
    maybe a creative opticien...?
    so normally the general lenses only came in general frames? wasnt it also the rb50 lenses come in bravura frames?

    the combi is however very stylish. as for flying color frames...i lile the conccept and the result often looks good however to wear them is something else..
    this particular pair though aint bad at all. so i decided to wear them in a rare occasion :-D

    @oosterling

    Yeah they do look nice, I think i'm just more of a traditionalist, don't like them swapping about so much as they certainly weren't made like that. The General lenses like that, in aviator shape only came in the general frame. But there are RB50 lenses in other frames, the Bravura/ultra frames had rb50 lenses but didn't have the '50' after the Ray Ban. Some had 'Ultra' some had nothing, and of course there were plenty of other frame styles that had RB50 lenses- CATS etc.

    I'd imagine your pair were from a General frame that got damaged and they swapped them across.
