Those are cool. I’m in Paris right now and I’ve seen several men’s wearing Jodphurs. They looked good on those guys.Hi Guys, yay or nay if you would wear?
Are these considered Jodphurs? Georges?

Great job. Thats really impressive. After an initial gator band, I decided to take what I had learned and make another for my Apple watch. It was a good weekend project. But in the long run it would be cheaper to buy one. But not as fun.

Wow, that’s pretty impressive leather-working skills.
No. I went to the London store last year. They sales associates looked at me like I had no business being there. They have very good powers of perception.Any chance you're checking out John Lobb?
What are you referring to?1. It looks like he’s re-using the midsole. It appeared to still have the sewing perforations when he was gluing it back on. My understanding is that weakens the midsole because the likelihood of hitting those holes exactly is low.
2. I’m not a big fan of the airbrushed burnishing. Seems a bit fussy for ongoing maintenance. But that’s just me. Horses for courses.
3. I really don’t like his shoelace choice. It looks like cheap cotton cord. Not substantial enough for a shoe that beautiful.
What are you referring to?
Not sure if this was already posted, but below is a fun video of Soleman Buffalo fixing up a pair of Florsheim Imperial 93602.
Agreed the lace choice doesn't match the feel of the shoe. But for me, I'm always saddened when I see v-cleats replaced. At least it's a good sole/heel choice!Sorry. I was trying to do this on my phone on the way from my office to the main campus, and the platform didn’t like it when the device switched from WiFi to a cellular connection, so it refreshed the page and lost that I was replying to the post about the Soleman Buffalo video.
Gawd. Those are pretty shoes, post work.BTW, a new post is up at vcleat.com. You will just have to go there to see what is discussed. I will not even give you a hint, other than it is about shoes.
