You can’t really repair vintage shoe cracks.
Some examples of heel area repair by thread members tell us otherwise though

What is "vintage"? from the 80's? 70's?So are most six eyelets vintage? Saw these, i think they were J&M, and liked them enough to take a picture.

Heel repair? He's talking about cracks in the uppers. Heels do not FLEX. If you use a shoe horn, it will never give you an issue. there is no real solution to DRYNESS cracking on vamps. Some examples of heel area repair by thread members tell us otherwise though
okay. Thanks. Brooks Brothers was used to use Peal & co + sometimes Edward Green for their upper level shoes. If Alden makes a shoe for Brooks Brothers, they only show one width letter.
Listen man, don't know about others, but I'm starting to get tired of your behaviour and dick swinging here. Your undoubted experience and great shoe collection cant be an excuse for such arrogance.Heel repair? He's talking about cracks in the uppers. Heels do not FLEX. Yes and no. Yes to EG. Sort of/not really to Peal & Co... Peal & Co stopped manufacturing in 1965, which is when Brooks bought the Peal name and used the label on any English shoes they had made for themselves. According to wiki they've sold Cheaney & Sons, Church's, Edward Green, Crockett & Jones, Alfred Sargent, and Loake under the name Peal & Co.okay. Thanks. Brooks Brothers was used to use Peal & co + sometimes Edward Green for their upper level shoes.

K shoes from England, with the royal warrant from the Queen.
