It's often far easier to determine the size of church's shoes from the stamped size on the waist of the sole. The markings inside church's shoes are notoriously difficult to read, but "W" is not a Church's width, at least not one that I've ever seen.

A ha! Thank you. That says 100 E. Now I have to look at English width. I always get confused.

100 E is a is a 10 E UK. That makes the shoe a slightly narrow fitting as Church's F width is their standard medium width. Should be fairly close to a standard US medium D width anyways.

93605s on a hot summer's day.

I managed to pick up a pair of the elusive 93605 (first pair I’d seen in my size) almost a year ago, and yet I have not worn them. I’m not even sure I’ve fully cleaned and prepped them.

How are the uppers? If the shell is soft and moisturized, then I’d say to enjoy them.

Life is short. Wear nice shoes.

it has been some time since my last post here.
Been lurking on occasion but have not had too many opportunities to wear some proper shoes.
Well, off to the lab in these semi-NOS Florsheim 97626 gunboats.
hope all is well with everyone.

Good to have you back, brother. I'm always hesitant to ask why a member hasn't been posting.
