Florsheim Guardsman today. I wore them to my son’s little league game. Here’s a shocker: I was the only dad there with vintage Florsheims.

Oh man! I am so excited. I got pictures back from the Cobbler on my Florsheim Bison LWB and the 1959 Florsheim Alligator/Crocodile Derby.

You had doubts on you stitching colour choice the other day. I think it's spot on! It's "light" enough to be visible and contrast to the welt and upper. But it's not too loud.
Great job by the cobbler as well.

I stumbled across a US maker called Stone Tarlow. They apparently made golf and dress shoes. I have seen two photos of shell PTBs and a split toe. These are 10.5D and are NOS from our forum pal. Link

They also apparently had a line of shoes that were elevators for the short guys.

A few months back I had a pair of stone tarlow elavator shoes in shell cordovan, I can add pics if you guys want to see them.
