I looked for them for years and ended up finding them almost by accident. I got very lucky.

Time once again for my monthly wear of these AE Bristols in Black Cherry Shell from the early 90s:

I keep looking for other vintage shoes to add to the collection, but no luck so far...

The Alden for BB captoe brogues from Goodwill a couple of days ago; @friendlygoz you know which one.

These are model 9150 in 10 1/2 D with original soles and heels.

I have two other 10 1/2 pairs in my listings already; the Alden keyword should attract some more views for them, too.

I have a similar pair of Aldens but their model number is 5195. Colour 8 shell cordovan half brogues.

These 9150s best resemble the Alden main line model 909, so I put that number in the listing to get more views.
I have a pair of Alden 2146 in black shell in my size that are a lot like them. I love them but they're discontinued now.

Mine are marked Gorsart Clothes NY so if someone wants an obscure brand to search on, there's one idea.
