Five dollar Florsheim. These will never be spectacular, but they'll do for now. Interior model markings and date codes are worn away, but I assume that they are 93602 and probably from the 1970s.

My arbitrary number would be 250.

Back in the day when I was actively bidding on shell, my limit was 150.

I expect those would have gone somewhere in the $3-500 range if the auction had played out. True spades are really rare and that’s generally what I’ve seen them go for on the few occasions they’ve been available.
