Man so these 93605a bloom like crazy. Before and after brushing. This is only after sitting for a few weeks.

Btw, any tips on what product to use to remove any wax or polish that may be left in these? So far it's just been bick 4 and lots of elbow grease. But I feel like there is some slight build up in some areas. I don't want to strip any finish.

Asking for a friend.

Anyone know who made these for JC Penney? The soles remind me of a cheaper brand like Freeman.

Is that a cemented shoe? Can you tell me anything else? Thanks

The shoes are close channel 180 blake construction with a cemented waist. The heels are bit taller than the standard 3/4" you see now a days. The leather is heavily heavily creased and has a very poor grain structure. They have the appearance of a low quality italian shoe.

I got some Hanover LB's for a buddy and am reworking them. To something. I started with the Renomat and decide to go with acetone. Much faster ;) Pretty good shape and soles look good, $26. Made in the USA.

—so it basically turns into chili because I put Brown into it. Fueling dye. Let it dry overnight and color still comes off of it when I buff Why is that?

Very nice. Color and shape looks like the McHale that is very rare on the wrong side of the border.

How is it in terms of comfort?

Thanks. Mine are branded Bostonian Crown Windsor model 23314, but @CWOyaji has the same shoe branded as ET Wright, so they should be available on the wrong side of the border.

I picked these up on auction in Japan on a bit of an impulse buy because they weren't too expensive and they are shell. They turned out to be really nice, and one of my better buys.

Fit is good for me. Snug, but good support. A bit different from the fit of a Florsheim LWB. Not better, not worse. Just different.
