Almost vintage (discontinued, at least). J&M Georgetown II—the last Made in USA run :( These fit so well.

Plain toe Tuesday.

93606s rebuilt with Dainite soles and grommets. If given the choice, I won't buy Dainite again.

They're like skates on wet smooth surfaces. Pretty useless on ice and snow. Not sure what they're good for. I'd prefer Vibram 430, Dr. Sole, or even a lug half sole cover, over leather.

I have one pair of Dainite. I don't love them , I don't hate them. But I wouldn't buy again and I live in mild North Carolina.

It could also be a truth that I'm just very clumsy. But I do find other rubber soles to provide better grip and traction.

I love Dainite, it's great on wet concrete and wet asphalt. Here in the DC area, I've had several rainy walks in Dainite soles.

They're British, so I imagine they're made for London, Oxford, Edinburgh... Basically, damp city walking. But I wouldn't wear Dainite in the snow.

Agree they do their "job" on pavements. Tile floors? Walkway to the subway? Better to go bare feet.

Thank you! I get lots of compliments on the bolder pairs from strangers. I do have a reputation around the office for having the fanciest shoes.
I love it.

I have the same reputation around the office, but only because I tell people to check out my shoes.

Did you deep cleaned them? On my pair the veins are much darker, maybe I'll try a deep clean to get the same look as your pair.

If people won't give you attention, you gotta create your own.
