Walking British today. Fifth wear and they still feel like they just came out of the box. I have had jump boots that broke in easier. Fit is great, just no flex yet.

Those look fantastic. Mine are being stretched from a D to an E. I hope it works. I used cinnamon Saphir cream for the color and it looks good. I’ll post pix if and when they fit.

Man, I love this pair. They look a lot like my B Mason Executive Imperials, and a pair of Hartt LWBs.

Florsheim Royal Imperial 96624. Based on vcleat notes, these are 1990. They are in need of a resole and reheel soon. Trying to decide whether to do locally or send them out.

I will be trying Hartland Shoe repair in Minnesota soon. Stay tuned for the review.

Otherwise, Steve from Bedos Leather, and B Nelson in NYC seem solid.

Thank you! Fortunately these are a 12B, so I think I’m safe.

I know LA is huge, so local is somewhat subjective, but I've seen a couple guys (@Roycru & pretty sure @smfdoc used them for something) comment positively of Willie's Shoe Service.

I have only used Willie's for some speed hook work. I know Raul, the owner, has sufficient skills and creates bespoke shoes. However, I have no experience with the cost or the amount of time for a turn around for a resole. I have used Bedo's for a Florsheim resole and was very happy with the work. Bedo's is pricier than other people who could do it locally, but it is a very fine product as the extra quality was worth it to me. I have not used B Nelson, but I have only heard good things.
