I am practically a virgin to clothes, and actually going to clothing stores...

But i have felt that "vintage" old looking button down dress shirt, I think from Hollister before.. it has a very distinctive feel (thick) and im wondering.. what makes that / what is the ingredients per say.

Also, does anyone know how to possibly spray cologne or some scent on clothing and make it stay a good while.. Like some formula like Dry, Spray, Wash, Dry, Spray etc... So I dont have to waste bottles everytime...

My only theory: would be to spray cologne on clothes in my closet and close the door.. so it cant escape and leave the clothes in there without wearing them for awhile (don't know how long)... Would this work and the scent stay in there after some cleaning?

Why not spray cologne on your body like everyone else... Even if you do close your closet, its far from air tight. The scent would be gone pretty quickly.

Maybe wear a tad more cologne when you wear your shirts?

Wait...in another thread you posted that you wash your jeans after every wear, and then you're wondering why you can't get you shirts to smell like you? Is it because you launder incessantly?

It's the cloth. It feels thick because it is. Duh.

Cologne is for jersey guidos and people in middle/high school. Just wash your body with irish spring and wear deodorant that isn't overpoweringly odiferous. You'll smell good.

And given the point of washing clothes is to remove smells and stains; don't bet on your cologne hanging around very long.
