1. Hi. We moved systems, and because it was impossible to achieve feature parity between the systems, we opted to archive the old B&S threads but allow users to read them so that they can put them into our new B&S system.

Vintage Carrera Austria 5571 30 Black and Silver Aviator Sunglasses

    Sold. Up for sale are these vintage Carrera aviator-style sunglasses. The front of the frames are black plastic. The Carrera "C" monogram is featured in the center of the bridge. Each silver metal earpiece features the Carrera brand name at the temple. The interior of the wearer's left earpiece is marked "MADE IN AUSTRIA Mod. 5571 30". Each lens measures approximately 2 5/8" wide and 2 3/16" high. The front of the frames measures approximately 5 3/4" wide.

    These sunglasses are in good condition for their age. The lenses have small, light scratches, which are not bad. The interior edge of the wearer's left lens has a small chip near the bridge, but this isn't noticed when the sunglasses are being worn. There is a small gap between the top of each lens and the frames, but the lenses are secure in the frames.
