Vintage Burberry coat - please advise

hi, can you please advise if you think the coat is authentic. I bought it in a London vintage shop. It looks very nice in real life and looks well made. What is weird is that the inside detachable lining has got BURBERRY logo while the outside (under collar, buttons) have Burberrys (pre 1999) logo. How is that possible?
