Seems I'm losing touch with technology with every passing day. Anyway, I have a PC and want to keep in touch with friends and family who also have PCs. Is there an easy and free way to video chat?

You can't get the hardware for free, but software-wise Skype is free and easy.

Just buy a 30 dollar webcam, download Skype and you'll be set.

Pro-tip: Restrain yourself from going into video chat rooms. Seriously, don't do it. Unless you want to see excessive amounts of penis.
