What. That made it past QC?

Yes, it did, I own them. So, it sounds like this is not normal. I figured shell is tricky and all. Plus, if I have to send these back, I have a feeling that I am paying for shipping to and from.

It consistently seems like Viberg has the worst QC of any maker in their price segment.

Stitchdown may be a more challenging production method but to actually send out a pair like that at $1000+? That's borderline comical.

They came that way brand new out of the box, unworn?

Just received my pair of color #4 boots. The left boot has some creasing along the left side. All of the boots I've purchased from Viberg haven't had any issues like this, and I was curious from everyone's experience if this was normal. Or should I reach out to the shop?

That is not acceptable. I would reach out to them and provide that photo. I suspect when they see it they will accept a return and be open to refunding shipping both ways.

Wow. Very disappointing to see that. Not up to the standard of the other color 4s; mine have some color variation but construction is fine.

I got a pair of boots that were 2 different colors. I still paid $47 to ship them back to Viberg. They did refund me the initial $25 shipping, but I still had to pay to send them back

I know they won’t be liked by most, but those Olive reindeer are pretty cool

I’m in the same boat. Think they are really interesting. I’m just trying to figure out if there is any color denim/chino that I wouldn’t wear those with
