I had the same bad brogueing problem and took the partial refund offered. Love the leather and improvements like the higher stitch count. It’s a keeper though!

The SPI is pretty awesome, I must say. I am just thinking I’ll see that brogueing every time I look down for the rest of my life though. Can’t unsee it.

Counterpoint - if the leather rarity means a lot to you, and you wear your boots hard - ask for $250 and see what happens. Still a better deal for them than dealing with return shipping.

I think we'd probably reject those on inbound tbh to avoid this kind of situation, so probably a major flaw?
