Maybe its just the grain pattern, but the BCC one looks like a tumbled or grained leather.

I have toscanello HH parkhursts that are technically what maryam calls dark brown toscanello, it's the same thing as regular toscanello, but it came out darker is all. I imagine that's what happened here.

It looks like what they call montone grain, but they could have embossed it onto washed HH honestly. Or its camel or even their deer.
