Until I saw the lack of wear on the sole, I thought you meant it was a three year review. Nice.

Great pair. I wasn't into boondockers until I purchased this exact makeup and quickly became enamored with boondockers.
Welcome to your new, never ending, dilemma! For your first, fourth, eighth...@H. E. Pennypacker I thought I wanted 2030 service boots in smooth leather to be my 1st Vibergs and then I saw them, and completely changed my mind.
How did you treat yours, if at all? I decided not to, and they're a little spotty after some mild wear, but that's the initial. I figure in a week I won't tell at all.Mushroom reverse chamois 2055 from S&S for return to usual Seattle weather.

If they ever become dry you can apply neatsfoot oil. I’ve used it a few times with my pair from Miloh ShopHow did you treat yours, if at all? I decided not to, and they're a little spotty after some mild wear, but that's the initial. I figure in a week I won't tell at all.

Seconding Saphir Invulnir for just general suede care. I am very bad at checking weather and it is great. I actually only check the weather if I put on Shinki anything or shell come to think of it. I wonder if I'm conditioned against waterspotting at this point? If you decide to clean them off at some point, have a can of Saphir Super Invulner at the ready to use after they dry. I have a good number of suede and roughout makeups, and Super Invulner has saved me on at least a few occasions, the most extreme instance of which involved spilled red wine all over some navy latigo roughouts -- the wine rolled right off.
On my 1071 Rovescio Sego reverse horsebutt boots it hasn't been nearly as effective, but there are a lot of smoother, less nappy parts on those boots. (Saphir Super Invulner is definitely for nappy hides.)
I had some marks on some shoes in a similar spot, turned out when I was driving my car, I would pull my left foot back and it was hitting the seat adjustment handle.
You drive a manual car where you constantly stepping on the clutch pedal?
