@H. E. Pennypacker I thought I wanted 2030 service boots in smooth leather to be my 1st Vibergs and then I saw them, and completely changed my mind.

How did you treat yours, if at all? I decided not to, and they're a little spotty after some mild wear, but that's the initial. I figure in a week I won't tell at all.
If they ever become dry you can apply neatsfoot oil. I’ve used it a few times with my pair from Miloh Shop

If you decide to clean them off at some point, have a can of Saphir Super Invulner at the ready to use after they dry. I have a good number of suede and roughout makeups, and Super Invulner has saved me on at least a few occasions, the most extreme instance of which involved spilled red wine all over some navy latigo roughouts -- the wine rolled right off.

On my 1071 Rovescio Sego reverse horsebutt boots it hasn't been nearly as effective, but there are a lot of smoother, less nappy parts on those boots. (Saphir Super Invulner is definitely for nappy hides.)

Seconding Saphir Invulnir for just general suede care. I am very bad at checking weather and it is great. I actually only check the weather if I put on Shinki anything or shell come to think of it. I wonder if I'm conditioned against waterspotting at this point?

I like those consistent traces of wear that are all about the wearer and how they use their product.

Division Road and Withered Fig have teased some upcoming Viberg makeups:

1. DR Bone Chamois rough out service boots coming out on 4/30 (see Instagram for pics)
2. WF Suede slippers (see WF email)
3. WF Horsehide slippers (see WF email)
4. WF Horsehide derby shoe (See WF email)

The Withered Fig makeups should be arriving in Spring/Summer, and sound interesting.
