I kinda wanted to try it honestly. I just hope I like the 2020E. Having 2020 at 8.5 and 9 the 8.5 is a wee more snug than I'd like and 9 is a wee bit too big.

Well, I don't know that anyone has gotten prior confirmation, but I just heard back from Viberg, and the MTO program is dead. Sample sales will happen though still. Also add the vintage last to lasts that are dead too.

Damn.
I’d give a year or two, nothing stays dead for long at Viberg

I get why they'd stop though, they're at a place where they don't need to offer MTO's and there's almost no upsides for Viberg in doing them.

The full quote (and this relates to the new restrictions on stockist makeups too) is that everything is overhauled towards the seasonal model to better address QC.

The bigger issue is not ending MTO program. It’s that Viberg is streamlining overall production with fewer unique makeups for retailers going forward. That’s a bigger bummer from my perspective.
