might be half a size too large for you
Its possible, but both viberg and division told me 10 should do it based on my other sizings, and I think 9.5 would seriously cramp my toes. Fortunately it's not all the lacing, just at the top 2 hugging my leg.

Edit* k I did a loose measurement of the cuffs the right is longer going around by 1/2 inch or so, explains why the right can nearly close up at the top while the left is much more normal looking. Not a deal breaker

Has anyone who doesn't fit in 2030 tried 2055? How does it compare to 2040 for you?
I think 2055 is the same as 2045 but without a toe bump. In that case I would say similar to 2040 just higher volume. I wear my heaviest socks in 2045 and medium socks in 2040.

I've heard a lot of complaining about tight instep in 2045, but that may just be people sizing down more to get rid of pesky toe room.

I do have both a 2055 and 2030s in the same size (7.5) if you want side-by-side photos. What Sartorium said, the instep in the 2055 is rather tight, so if you have feet that are too wide/high volume for the 2030, you may have happy toes in the 2050 but an uncomfortable instep. This was only an issue for my left foot (EE), but a after a couple of wears the mid-foot area is breaking in and is ok. So I would say same size as 2030. I can wear an 8 but do admit I like to size down to quite snug initially, which results in a perfect fit after break in and doesn't make me feel like I have clown feet when I look down (personal phobia lol).

Definitely on the lighter side of Dark Cognac, almost Armagnac in shade

this is them vs Armagnac, it’s kind of subtle but they definitely have more of an olive hue to them

Since the Ivywoods were a disaster, may have to get these Dark Cognac shell service boots! Love the hidden eyelets as well! If these are normal offering and not pre-order, do they come with not come with shoe trees as the pre-orders did?

Guys,

I have a potential buyer for my MTO for sale... he’s wondering if he wears a 7-E on Barrie if it is close to 7 on 2030. Looking for assistance.

I wear a 9E on Barrie and 9 on 2030; he's probably good.

I wear a 7e on Barrie. Dress socks viberg 7.5 I'm good. 8 if thicker boot socks although a little long but width isn't overly snug. I tried vibergb7 long ago but just too narrow and felt a little short even.
