Nice pic of those!
Nice pic of those!
if the were 1035, i would've got them. 2055 is too wide for my feet
for the boots, yes. For the balmorals, I dunno, that would seem strange to me. The 270 degree stitchdown is pretty typical for workboots made in the PNW, and into western Canada, but maybe bit strange on a pair of closed lacing shoes that are more formal she inspired. I like mashups, but maybe more obvious ones, like sneaker boots, etc...I wish it were stitchdown, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Very interesting color.
Those are the Tochigi cowhide, right? I have a pair of those too, they're lovely.Does anyone have any experience comparing the 2050 last vs 2020? I wear a 6.5 in Viberg's black calf chelsea with a snug fit with thin socks. Was trying to confirm my order for the Halkett boot in 6.5 would be a good fit. My other size reference is a 7 in 2030 service boot with extra cushion DT socks.

Here is a reply from Jonathan at Viberg about 2020 sizing: “The 2020 is an updated version of our Cantilever last, and fits somewhere between the 2030 and the 2050. It is slightly more narrow in the waist and forefoot than the 2030. If your feet are an E width or wider, I'd suggest going up half a size. Otherwise, your 2030 size should fit you well.”Does anyone have any experience comparing the 2050 last vs 2020? I wear a 6.5 in Viberg's black calf chelsea with a snug fit with thin socks. Yes. I love the color and texture. Shame that other shoe brands don't use this leather. Those are the Tochigi cowhide, right? I have a pair of those too, they're lovely.

I don’t have any experience with 2020 yet, but for what it’s worth, i found the 2050 sizing advice of going half up from your 2030 size to be perfect for my foot. I have a snug fit on 2030 size 8 with thin to medium socks, and a size 8.5 on the Chelsea has basically the same fit with thin socks.Does anyone have any experience comparing the 2050 last vs 2020? not that into 2020 and I already have 2030 bourbons. I like the boot pattern otherwise.
Not sure why they're pushing 2020 so hard...
its funny how most of the releases used to sell out in minutes, then hours, and now its taking more than a day for it to sell out.
I think luxury spending in the time of coronavirus has also decreased. It might be a sign of customers being less excited but I don't think which hours during the day it sells out matters much to Viberg.
