My 2030 Tochigi fit larger than my other pairs in 11 but it's nowhere close to being a half size. It might be a quarter size, it's more like they just feel more comfortable with thicker socks that's all.

Honestly, if you’re asking yourself that question, then they probably are. You’ll definitely end up wearing your current pair less. But if that’s cool with you, then n+1!

I’m not one to judge for getting many similar boots. But there will always be more great looking boots...

Oh how prescient. Had no idea Viberg was releasing a Garnet/C2 boot and it was too tempting to pass up. I essentially made my purchase sight unseen as I was in the middle of spray painting and rust protecting my grill when I got the notification. Images on my cell in the sunlight were difficult to see. Was even more risky considering that I had the C4 version and sold it because it was a little too red for me. After finally getting to a computer and seeing the boot in indoor light, I am very glad I took the leap of faith. They seem a little darker and definitely richer with more depth than the pair of 4's I had.

Sorry to say this but color 2 is seriously red. Carmina calls the color “rubi” as in “ruby” translated. I’m sure everyone has seen the Garnet shell pics which are also clearly red. Hope I’m wrong here.

I uh, don’t want to be a downer but if you sold color 4 because it was too red for you, I can’t see how color 2 wouldn’t be. It’s about the reddest shell there is. I mean, I love it, but it isn’t for everyone that’s for sure.

I’m not saying the product photos are misleading...but a better impression of color 2 is the garnet oxfords, garnet scouts or garnet rigger boots. They are very red

I called them. They told me that color 2 is less red and more like purple in comparison with garnet. Having said that, I did decide to cancel my preorder.
