Nice! What leather is that...?

finally got a chance to take pics of my vibergs from the sample sale, they already have grease stains from work

Viberg.com is officially live as of about 5 minutes ago. Still have a ton of content to fill out, but the first 8 styles are up and available for purchase. Please check it out and give us some feedback.

Also, most of the last sample sale pairs will not ship until Friday or Monday. We're in NY right now for the pop-up and didn't have a chance to ship everything before we left. SOrry for the delay.

I cannot seem to get the customer service or policy sections to load. What is the return policy on the in stock pieces? Thanks!

Sorry about that. I still have to fill out some of the content on the site when i get back from NY, including those sections. We oferf an exchange or refund (less shipping) on any orders as long as the boots have not been worn outside or anything like that. You also need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the boots. Let me know if anyone has any other questions for now.

May I suggest putting up all the shots of the sample sale shoes as a gallery for your new website? I think it would help a lot of us new to the brand to get a sense of what makeups are possible at Viberg and the colors of the leathers.

Unfortunately, we only had enough for 16 pairs and a 12 was not included in this round. We will be doing some more cordovan service boots in the future though and there will definitely be some 12s available.

Unfortunately, this would only confuse matters. The samples we've been selling don't represent the current available materials. In fact a lot of them were leathers that we couldn't get again even if we tried. One of the main issues with the made to order service is we move through leather pretty quickly and are always experimenting and bringing new things in. We'll be updating our site regularly with models, which will give people a better idea of what we're capable of and what is available. The best thing with MTO is to send us an idea of what you're after and we can see what we have on hand or what we can order that would work best. Morgan is handling all of the custom orders now and he's extremely knowledgable and really helpful. You can contact him directly at [email protected] to get the conversation started.

Are there different styles of the Service Boots? Some boots appear to have a round bulbous toe while others are more long and slender.

There are many different lasts: the 110, 2045 and 2030 will all looks quite different from one another. I believe there is also a 1950's and a 1940's service boot as well.
