I believe those are oxblood not color 8
Color 8 is actually very red.
What people are used to seeing from Alden is after Alden has darkened it.
I think that color is great...so tired of the fifty shades of brown and Color 8 that looks black that gets fawned over on other threads....those bad boys rock....
Thanks for all the comments. They are definitely color 8 despite the misspelling on the box.
Here are pictures in daylight and also one of the previous color 8 that I tried on.
Anyone heard any updates on the 3 styles Notre is getting? Has Viberg completed them yet?
I only inquired about the color 8 service boots and was told they are the exact same as the stock ones on Viberg.com
Is the toe-box structured on these? How much are you asking for them? Would love to see some pics!
What Jos. A. Bank sized shoe trees do I get for a size 8 service boot 2030 last? Small?
Here we are about 5 weeks in. Not a whole lot is changing, so maybe there's no point in posting these for a while, now. No deep scuffs or anything that couldn't be buffed out with a brush. Did a little spot treating but I'm keeping that to a minimum.
They're getting more comfortable every day, though. Still changing back and forth between the leather and waxed laces. Too hard to decide.
Off to brush!
Im not very into the Viberg brand but I have seen some amazing boots.
I came accros these on rakuten and I really want this style! With the vibram sole. Does anyone know where I can get them online?
Which color is that?
BCC just posted these on there blog. Pre-Sale coming soon it says.
I doubt it, but is there any chance BCC will be doing half sizes?
Any pics? Is the toe-box structured on the MrPorter runs? How much are you asking for them?
So the first two look like black and olive guidi calf. What's the second black one? At first glance I assumed it was black CXL but it's dyed all the way through and it looks like it's lined as well. Is it another smooth black calf?
