110 last is EEE (wide) so you're not going to run into trouble with tightness in the toe box.
If anything, just watch length to make sure you're not coming up short.
I sized down 1/2 from Barrie and it was a little tight on the vamp until the boots broke in.
The heel was, for me, slightly tight. Every foot is different so YMMV.
They broke in just fine and are quite comfortable now.

I read to size down half a size from your 2030 size, so that sounds right.

Curious how the 1035 wears compared to 2030.

I've also found that boots and shoes wear differently even if on the same last; I don't notice the heel slippage as much if it's a boot versus a shoe, and the vamp can feel different.

That's why for me, it's not enough to know your sizing in a certain last; you still have to try it on and asses.

We'll take a vote between the 2040 (which is the round toe version of the 2030), but in case it's close, we'll give it to the 110. The thing probably needs to be round to toe look right. Unfortunately, they can't do the rivet.

The SF makeups ship to LA Guy first, so you shouldn't have any issues with customs.

110 is so wide. Hard to wear nicely with narrow feet.

110 last is perfect for the cabourn boot IMO. Not everything needs to be narrow and sleek
