These in cigar cordovan + antique soles = instant sell out
Unless it's just the angle, I hope that this oxford... Is not the same as the derby shoe on Tumblr... The toe box on the oxford appears shaped like a service boot on the 110 last. I much prefer the sleeker toe box on the derby in the second picture.
Those new black shoes are just different. There may be something to improve on them, but that's what viberg decide to do, not me. Yes, they will probably look amazing with yoji stuffs.
It's weird, I have very traditional taste in boots -- 310 and 2045 are my ideal lasts -- but honestly, the offending boot simply doesn't look as bad to me as it seems to for others. I wouldn't get it, but I think it's pretty cool actually...
The Bernard chukka is aestethically not for me, however I applaud that Viberg have developed it, even if it never made it's way to production (which would be a shame). To me it looks that it is construction wise probably one of the most complicated models they have produced so far (correct me if I'm wrong on this one). That alone is more than enough to warrant my appreciation.
Lots of people have that spammer ignored due to his various uninformed opinions, most recently denim related (prior to this one). You should too.
I don't think anyone here fancies themselves an expert, but perhaps you could at least read the post almost immediately above yours prior to commenting how these are "SHITTY, ugly VIBERG BOOTS that should be sent to Mars."
We are now moving on.
Ben such hostility come let's all sit down over a pint
In regards the inquiry from the last page about the shape of the oxford...its going on
the 2045 last, correct? That initial picture looks a bit slimmer. I'll buy it regardless.
from my vibergs, the toe box flattens out as you wear em.
Where is the current SF mto thread?
I love those right there
Is this what your looking for
Thanks... I don't know... is the derby one out yet? I was thinking I missed the boat on that one.
