Does it look like the left boot here has a lose grain issue, or is this normal creasing in a pair of two week old boots with only very light wear so far?

Thanks for the reply Murlsquirl. Your right of course, I'm being way to fussy. I've since discovered that chromexcel horween leather is extremely prone to this type of creasing. Unlike cordovan for example that tends to be more wavy when creasing. I'm led to believe from another forum that horsehide is somewhere between the two.

I would like to know how Vibergs brown kangaroo or tanned reindeer react to creasing. I might email them to find out.

    Cheers,

    Lee.
