Vegan athletic shoes- advice?

Shopping for new athletic shoes. Does anyone have recommended brands or just advice when shopping for vegan athletic shoes? Never purchased vegan shoes before but I’m trying to do better. I’m nervous because I don’t know the reputation of any of these brands, and I want to make sure I’m still getting research-backed shoes that are good for your body (speaking from an anatomical/athletic perspective).

If you’re looking for athletic shoes, and I mean real athletic shoes intended for sport, then focus on that and not on saving the world.

Luckily, most athletic/running shoes are vegan as now most companies use synthetic as opposed to animal bones for glue. Make sure that they don’t have those little pieces of suede/leather that some companies put on (as accents) and you’re good.

Looks like this thread is old, but if the OP or someone else finds this useful, Mooshoes has a good selection of sneakers. However, I'm not sure what kind of athletic activities you're trying to do and what you require. Running will require very certain shoes, especially if you're running long distances. I don't know if I would run in these, but perhaps you can contact this company and see if they have recommendations for other businesses.

I assume the OP is long gone, but hopefully if someone comes across this, they'll find a resource for vegan shoes -- even if not directly tied to athletic pursuits -- a bit more useful than "your values are absurd."

speaking of worthless advice. Apart from whatever joy you derive from the moral posturing and being a dick your post had no utility (and less utility to the OP than the post you were ******** on). Those shoes in your link are casual wear and not fit for any athletic endeavor, at least PF was advising the OP to prioritize his own health and safety when buying footwear

Tambien soy de Panama! ? most athletic shoes being made today are mesh (nike/adidas/brooks/etc) so that is already vegan.
