I believe this question has been asked before, but I don't think it was ever answered. Does anybody know if Vass shoes are available in Prague, or elsewhere in the Czech Republic? I'll be in the country for a week or so at the end of August, and I would love to pick up a pair (or two), if possible. Thanks!

I looked at their site recently and do not think there is one, but you should email them.

You can take a trian to Budapest, but it's a fairly long trip.

While were talking about Prague, does anyone have any specific suggestions of worthy shoe shops to visit?

I'll be there for about 5 days mid-August. Fortunately, I will be going to Budapest too, and that will definitely result in a visit to Vass...or maybe I should resist other temptations...

My girlfriend is Czech, and lived in Prague for several years. I'll ask her if she knows of any specific places.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
