hi you have meermin olfe? can i know what size you wear normally? thanks

Reason i am asking is because i have been doing reasearch on the U last and forum usually recommend up 0.5 size for U last as it run narrow. If you have meermin olfe, that will be a good comparsion cause i own both olfe/hiro on meermin.

Yeah 41.5 in Vass F, very comfortable fitting, I'm 50/50 on whether i could size down half.

I am 8UK on AS 109 last (Good Fit)

    8UK on C&J 348, fits a tad long

    8UK on C&J 337

I usually have a bit of space in the heel as i have narrow heels but the Vass last has a tighter heel which works well for me

I'm 8.5 Olfe and have 42.5 U last which are tighter in the toes but fit much the same elsewhere. I wouldn't size up to fix a toe width issue as the shoe would be too long and would crease at the wrong place

After a day researching, i have finally decided the model i am going to partake.

techaview - Below model which i believe is called Old English II, size 42 U-last, antic cognac (exactly this colour), flush metal toe-plates, double taper to single sole.

Interested in a derby boot on dainite, but if not, balmoral boot sounds interesting. Will have to PM you arahat about sizing. I'm a TTS 8.5UK essentially.

Cheers everyone, I have added the new orders and details to existing orders. Thanks to those who have detailed their order.

For those who have not done so, please detail your orders.
Please specify your choice of last, leather and boots/shoes style along with any options you'd like to include (i.e. flush metal toe-plates, double tapering to single leather soles etc.).
    For example:
    alco - Italian v-cap oxford, size 42.5 U-last, dark cognac calf + metal toes-taps

Please try to detail your order by 30th April 2014. If you know your Vass size, please include it as well.

    PM sent.

Since it's an external link to another forum, PM sent on oxblood shell colour example.
