Just to summarize what happened last time this was brought up, Vass does not like to have people work around the exclusive distributors in the USA.

Frankly, I don't think Vass gives a shi'ite one way or another who their dealers sell shoes to. Otherwise an American visitor walking into a store in Germany or Austria would have to be refused service as well. How much sense does that make ?
