Sky Valet in Washington DC recently stopped its Vass program but they still have about 30 pairs in stock.  Yesterday I went there  --  all sizes available.  Some lace-up; some loafers.  A few bi-color too.  Email is [email protected]. I assume they'd ship to you.

Use Google .... there is shop in Augsburg, where you can buy RTW Vass shoes ... maybe even bespoke, but I really don´t know.... I´ve found the site by G., but about 400 EURO for shoes is too much for me, so I didn´t try to remember the site.
