    I think they were all nice, but then I enjoy looking at fine shoes. I've heard of Alden- own them- but the others are new discoveries.

    Such a strange angle for shoe photos. The owner must have positioned his camera directly above the field. Secondly, I think its really worth the effort to mess with the manual settings on your digital cameras and attempt to take photos without the flash. Even with a crap white balance, the photos will appear more natural. FWIW, the photos I've taken are on an old Canon 3.2 MP digital elph. Recently I upgraded to a cheap (>$40) tripod that has made all the difference in clarity.
