Just received 2 ties and a pocket square. I needed some green ties. Got the

• Dugdale Cascade Light Green Herringbone
• Moss Green Plaid in Silk Wool and
  • Landscapes - Cliffs of Moher - Pocket Square

This is probably a stupid question but why are two samples of fabric included with the order?

Glad they arrived safely. We include a free swatch with every tie order - you can request for a specific one you'd like to see, or if you don't, we'll send you something we think you might like.

Fabrics are always better seen in person!

You'd need a much better picture for anybody to give definitive input, but I'd say it's to be expected. The Cascade fabric is EXTREMELY variegated, so coloring "incongruities" are a part of the package...and I imagine even more so with a rather light colored tie.

I honestly can't tell from the picture - but IMO with stubby silk/linen ties, slubs of various sizes are a feature and not a bug.
